Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within [7/14 days] of delivery
  2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Used or damaged products
  2. Products purchased during promotions or sales (unless defective)
  3. Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items
  2. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
